Senior Director of Development

Reporting to the VP Development, the Senior Director, Development will lead major donor fundraising to support The Possible Project’s work in Boston. The Senior Director will manage a portfolio of existing supporters as well as prospect and cultivate new donors passionate about The Possible Project’s mission. The Senior Director’s work will be extremely donor facing, spending much of their time meeting with donors to understand their interests and connect them with funding opportunities that align with their philanthropic interests. Vice President – Leadership Gifts

The VP Leadership Gifts is a new role within Development and will be focused on managing a portfolio of major opportunities including corporate, government, individuals, as well as, national sources. Vice President – STEAM, Design and Education Technology

The Vice President of STEAM, Design, and Educational Technology will provide leadership and vision, and play a key role in determining The Possible Project’s future infrastructure, curriculum, technology, and maker-programming. This individual will cultivate and increase the richness of TPP’s STEAM, design, and educational technology within our program’s student experience-makerspace equipment, design thinking, and pedagogy, while developing connections and partnerships with local universities, organizations, and industry in the Boston area.
